Workshops are offered both virtually (over Zoom) and in-person. I am primarily based in Toronto, Canada; additionally travel cost may apply based on the location of in-person request.
Both formats of delivery facilitate active engagement through reflections, polls and prompts for discussion as well as via optional group activities.

Virtual workshops held are typically 90 minutes and can accommodate groups as small as 6 people and as large as 250 people.
There is a customizable option available to smaller groups (under 20) for a 2-hour interactive experience with more discussion and exercises.
In-person workshops are typically 2-2.5 hours on site and have no capacity limit. Inquire for more details. Engagement and interactivity is still facilitated via smaller group activities.
No matter the size or format, the experience, is designed to be highly engaging and creates participation through polls and prompts for sharing as well as activities and Q&A.
