Your Guide

I’m a personal and professional Coach and facilitator. I help individuals identify their superpowers and feel more aligned so they can show up more fully in the world. I do this by using one of my superpowers – seeing possibilities where there seemingly weren’t. I illuminate hidden barriers and find the interconnections and see beneath the surface to help you get unblocked. 

While it’s easier to call myself a ‘coach’, I see myself as more of a guide; I’m part teacher, part mentor, and thought partner. I have a natural tendency to cheerlead the hell out of people… and am grateful that I was able to turn that into a job :)

I aim to have my clients leave a session further ahead than they were when they came in. Like the view broadened in our time together and you can see possibilities where there previously weren’t. Feeling aligned with their best self... that’s my intention and wish for every human.
